Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Customer when purchasing goods through the Shopify online store accessible at www.okresky.com.

1.3. A Customer is any natural or legal person who creates an order through the online store.

1.4. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

2.1. Product presentation on the store is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. A purchase agreement is created only after the Seller confirms the order via email.

2.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order, especially if the goods are unavailable, the information provided by the Customer is incomplete, or if the order appears fraudulent.

2.3. Prices listed on the website are final, including VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

3. Payment Methods

The Customer may choose from the following payment options offered by Shopify’s payment system (Shopify Payments or third-party gateways):

• Credit/debit card

• Bank transfer (if enabled)

• PayPal (if enabled)

• Cash on delivery (if available)

• Other methods listed at checkout

All payments must be made in EUR

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. The Seller ships goods within Slovakia, the EU, and other regions if available.

4.2. Shipping is carried out by courier services, postal services, or other delivery providers listed at checkout.

4.3. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4.4. Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging. If damaged, a report must be filed with the courier immediately.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

5.1. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear statement (email or postal mail) to the Seller using the contact details provided.

5.3. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

5.4. Returned goods must not be excessively used. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

5.5. Upon valid withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (not including extra services chosen by the Customer), within 14 days.

6. Warranty and Claims

6.1. The warranty rights of Customers are governed by Slovak and EU consumer protection laws.

6.2. The Customer may file a claim by contacting the Seller via email or in writing.

6.3. Claims will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.

6.4. A detailed Return & Refund Policy or Warranty Policy may supplement these T&C.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 on Data Protection.

7.2. The Seller processes personal data only for:

• Order processing

• Customer account management

• Legal obligations (accounting, taxation)

• Marketing (only with consent)

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

8.1. If the Customer is dissatisfied, they should first contact the Seller.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Seller may update these T&C periodically. Changes do not apply to previously concluded contracts.

9.2. Legal relationships not covered by these T&C follow the laws of the Slovak Republic.
